What to expect.

02
Skills and game understanding
Work on passing, movement and teamwork. You do not need to know the rules beforehand.
03

Touch is a valid long-term choice. If you want to try contact, the coaches introduce it progressively.
04
Play and cool-down
Try your new skills in games, ask questions and finish together.
Be ready
What to bring.
Comfortable sports clothes
A water bottle
Long sports socks
Clothing suited to the weather
Sports footwear suited to the pitch
A mouthguard for contact exercises
Some synthetic pitches require plastic studs: check the instructions for your session. Molded plastic studs or suitable plastic replacements for interchangeable studs may work. Do not use metal studs on those pitches. You do not need a full rugby kit for your first session.
